There's been no better time to explore our oceans. Be it the deep, dark mysteries of the mid-Atlantic ridge, or the shallow reefs on your doorstep. You dont have to own a submarine to be an ocean explorer though, you can start with just a mask, snorkel and pair of fins. Snorkelling is a fantastic way of exploring the shores near your home, or whilst on vacation. The shallow the water, the more life there is to see. As more sunlight penetrates shallow water, than deep, there is an abundance of life just waiting to be explored.
